takes a lifetime of experience to fully understand and be able to listen to this
non-verbal language. So, it is understandable that most people simply ignore, for
example, tight hamstrings for years. And when back, neck, or shoulder pain is
present we rarely ponder how chronically tight hamstrings might be connected.
It is my experience, as well as that of many seasoned massage therapists,
osteopaths, and other alternative health practitioners that all things in the
body are connected. No part can be manipulated without affecting the whole.
